Spring Break European Trip 2010

During Spring Break students from Washington County, Jackson County, and FSU, along with parents and teachers went to Spain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Normandy, France is well known for the June 6, 1944 landing of Americans during WWII. At Normandy the group participated in a wreath laying ceremony held at the Memorial known as the Spirit of American Youth., the Wreath laying, a brief speech, the Playing of Taps, and a Moment of Silence.
