Jackson County School District Pre-K Registration

May 15th - 19th from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Pre- K Registration will be held at these school sites on the following dates:

       

Cottondale Elementary – May 3^rd, May 5^th, May 7th

Early Childhood Center – May 3^rd through May 7th    

Graceville Elementary - May 3^rd, May 4^th, May 6^th, May 7^th

^{Grand Ridge School - May 4th , May 6th}

Malone School – May 4^th ; May 6^{th
Sneads Elementary – May 3rd, May 5th, May 7th}                                                

Pre- K Registration is for Children 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1, 2010. 

          

Documents you need to bring to register your child

 Certified Birth Certificate (Not the footprint record!)

 Social Security Card

Proof of ALL Income for all family members, including children,

                 in your household. Examples Include:

ü   Pay Stubs –Four (4) most recent pay stubs

ü   TANF, WAGES, SSI, Social Security, Foster Care

ü   Notice of Case Action from the Food Stamp Office

ü   Statement of Child Support

ü   Documentation of any other family income

ü   For Sneads only, families must provide a utility bill in the parent’s name as proof of residency

                 Children are not required to attend registration

                             

Applications are available at school sites or the Early Childhood Programs office
